Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026. Draft for review.

These terms govern services provided under the Knownstone name by Hutcheson Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By ordering a service you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide the AI visibility audits, implementation packs and monitoring described on our Services page or in a written scope we agree by email. Deliverables are reports, data files, code and written drafts sent electronically. We do not publish to your website unless you give us access and ask us to in writing.

2. No guarantees

AI-generated analysis may contain errors; no guaranteed rankings or placements. AI engines are operated by third parties, change frequently and give different answers from run to run. We do not guarantee that your company will be mentioned, ranked, cited or shown in any AI engine, search engine or other platform, or any level of traffic, leads or revenue. Measurements are point-in-time samples and are directional.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to request analysis of the websites and brands you provide, and you're responsible for reviewing our drafts for accuracy and legal compliance (including claims about your products and competitors) before publishing them. You're responsible for backups and testing of any code you install.

4. Fees and payment

Prices are in USD as shown on our site or in your written scope. One-time services are payable in advance. Monitoring is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled. You may cancel monitoring by email before the next billing date; we don't refund partial months. Taxes are added where required.

5. Delivery and revisions

Turnaround times start once payment and intake (including approval of the question list) are complete, and are counted in business days. Each one-time deliverable includes one round of corrections for factual errors you report within 14 days of delivery.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the reports, data files and drafts we deliver to you. We keep our methods, templates and tools, and we may keep anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. We won't publish your name or results without your written permission.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party data and AI providers to collect and analyze information. We're not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, Microsoft, xAI or any other AI engine, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. Questions:
